美国东北部再降大雪，许多地方今天又成银色大地。几天前这个地区才经历今冬最大暴风雪，降雪量多达约48公分，这次部分地区降雪量更可能达到60公分。
美国广播公司新闻网（ABC News）和美联社报导，冬季风暴警报范围涵盖纽纽上州以至缅因州，降雪量估计有可能达到约60公分。
东北部地区各地学校今天都延后上课或宣布停课，包括波士顿以及纽约(专题)州由阿尔巴尼（Albany）到纽约市外的地区。
新罕布什尔州曼彻斯特市（Manchester）机场所有起降航班几乎都取消。缅因州的波特兰机场（PortlandJetport）也关闭。
今天清晨破晓时，缅因州索科（Saco）的降雪量达到约43公分，波特兰（Portland）也有超过40公分。在新罕布什尔州，奥西皮（Ossipee）的降雪量达35公分，柏林（Berlin）也有30公分。
昨晚有些地区传出零星停电情况，今天据预测将出现强风，沿海地区并可能出现洪水，令人担忧。
新罕布什尔和缅因州官员都呼吁民众，不要开车上路，以免遭遇零可见度的情况。由昨天到今天清晨，许多地方传出交通事故，但没有大规模连环车祸或任何人受伤。
在星期天晚上，新英格兰部分地区有超过一英尺的雪落下，在第二次冬季风暴的一些地区预测达12英寸。
